At REFLEM, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
Refunds
Approved returns are eligible for a full refund of the item purchase price
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
REFLEM does not provide prepaid return labels
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as REFLEM is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Accessories (such as jewelry or bags, unless otherwise stated)
Items marked as Final Sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Approved cases will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are accepted for orders; however, approved cancellations are subject to a 50% partial refund.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order details as soon as possible.
